the staff was very very nice and helpful, so i will be back. it was great base for traveling to medina, i was glad to stay there. it was maximum 27 minutes drive to the airport.

When I am in Medina, I like staying here. It's a wonderful base for sightseeing and exploring Medina. Reasonably spacious rooms with all the essentials you need. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and managed the parking on-site.

This place is not worth a second visit. The dirty rooms and unwelcoming staff make for a frustrating stay. The location may be close to the mosque, but other hotels offer better facilities and service. The room lacked basic amenities, such as soap and a washing machine, and the broken elevator was never fixed. The management was unresponsive, unhelpful, and even rude. Save yourself the disappointment.
The service was the biggest downside of this hotel, as the staff was unhelpful and impolite.
